I had a lawyer try to cover his back on discovery by forwarding me an email where this person just manually added a email address to the forward line. I could tell since the email was a link as a result of Autotext making it a hyperlink because this person typed in the email address and once it saw the @ sign it created a hyperlink. The typed in email was an gmail address that of course the recipient never received and it was blamed on being "lost in the system". It was also sent to another yahoo email address but this person knew that it would bounce back since they knew the email was no longer in use. The person then forwarded this email to my mail.com. I have the headers for the new email but it doesn't include anything about the the original FW message. Does Yahoo store bounced emails as this would show that the gmail address wasn't included or will I have to subpoena from the law firm assuming they didn't delete it already.
