UK Sales Executive - Leading to Director Position for Appropriate Candidate

OTE £100K - £150K plus share options, plus company car, phone and laptop.
Location: UK Based
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

We are a recognised market leading vendor of forensic and security software solutions and professional services for the Security, Police and Corporate markets, having already established ourselves as the “Number 1” in the Military market for our solutions with patented technologies. The company has a strong and growing reputation in the UK and world-wide markets, and has entered a major growth phase in its overseas development. As a result there is a need to appoint an experienced and proven Sales Executive to our team.

We believe in giving people with the right attitude, opportunity to grow and develop and the successful candidate should be appointed to Director within 2 years if results are delivered.

MCM Solutions is looking for a sales heavyweight, with solid understanding and experience in the digital forensics market. You will have a proven sales history and the ability to meet set targets.
The Sales Executive will;

o Take responsibility for sales to specific customers, accounts and sectors.
o Effectively drive sales and actively pursue opportunities to promote our products and services.
o Efficiently assist and support our busy Business Development Directors by aiding them to follow up and monitor the progress of sales leads (via telephone/email, issuing quotes/product brochures, customer visits, handovers etc.) when required.
o Update and maintain our customer/leads/CRM databases.
o Quickly respond to all in-coming sales enquiries appropriately.
o Be present at Sales meetings and will have input (including sales forecasts/reports) to aid with Sales focus and target set up/attainment.

• You must have:
o Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
o Excellent communication and customer service skills.
o A driven, flexible, hardworking, team player attitude.
o A thorough understanding of all Microsoft Office programmes.
o The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
o Previous experience in sales, ideally in a similar technology/finance/security industry role.
o A full, clean UK Driving Licence.
