File listing help ASAP

I need to find a way to do a printable listing similar to a directory listing but for files only. I need it to be able to sort all files on a hard drive by extension and size. Anyone have any suggestions?? All helps appreciated

Try FileList at: www.jam-software.com/f...dex.shtml. Freeware, powerful.

The cool thing about Perl is that it's easy...trivial...to make it do something that nothing else does.
