Post Posted: Feb 23, 07 23:06

Hello all,

I enclose details of a brand new role released exclusively to Appointments-UK this week. If you would like more details about this, or other roles, please contact me at David @ appointments-uk.co.uk or on 01376 339222 (office) or 07789 633926 (evenings/weekends).

Senior Computer Forensics Investigator
London (City)
£40,000 - £55,000

Interviewing w/c 5 March

Are you looking for a position where computer forensics is really at the heart of what the company is all about rather than a bolt on service? An organisation that can offer you a variety of both Law Enforcement and Commercial work?

This global consultancy require an ambitious Senior Computer Forensic Investigator to be based in their London (City) office.

These are exciting times for this organisation which is growing rapidly and seeing a huge increase in demand for their wider Investigation Teams. The Computer Forensic service offering is playing an increasingly central role in this growth.

As well as casework, you will take responsibility for:

- mentoring junior colleagues;
- ongoing analysis of technology trends to incorporate proven forensic investigation and supporting technologies into practice;
- assisting with the development of reports and articles and speaking at seminars/conferences;

To be successful in this role you will, of course, be trained in the use of common Forensic Computing applications, specifically EnCase and FTK. You will also have a wide knowledge of computer operating systems, computer hardware, network architecture, file systems and email and internet protocols.
