Lab Technician/Forensic Network Administrator
Salary: £30-£35k + outstanding benefits

Are you looking to develop your career with an expanding organisation with a track record for training and development? A company where you can have genuine autonomy and make a real difference?

This expanding company are looking for a technically experienced person to manage the day to day operation of their forensic network.

You may have prior experience as a forensic examiner? Or you could be working as a technician/network administrator with a strong understanding of what requirements the forensic analysts will have of the IT infrastructure.

In this varied role, your daily duties will include:

• Maintenance of forensic imaging equipment and workstations
• Maintenance of forensic analysis workstations
• Maintenance and management of forensic servers both application and storage
• Ensuring that media and other consumables are in stock
• Assisting analysts with technical enquiries
• Technical support on all hardware / software faults
• Strong understanding of chain of evidence issues
• Management of the evidence store
• Management of the build room
