Vehicle navigation systems

Post Posted: Jun 05, 09 19:58

Has anyone ever looked at an in-dash navigation systems from a car? I have a Mercedes ML320 with a factory installed GPS navigation system that I need to try to retrieve data from. At this point I'm not sure what the device stores (if anything). It doesn't appear to have any ports that I could connect it to a computer if I removed it from the dash. I have done some research online and it is called a COMAND system but I haven't been able to get many tech specs on it. Any advise would be appreciated.
