iOS 7 set to erase after 10 failed attempts

If you have an iPhone on iOS 7 and the setting to erase after 10 failed passcode attempts is enabled, is there any final warning after the 9th failed attempt that the next will erase all the data?

You can avoid data erase using for example OS800 XPIN Adapter that will us CVE-2014-4451 bug

That would be a solution, but what if when you use the adapter and XPIN it's already the 10th try ?! )

For iOS 7.x bruteforce is obsolete, better use some reliable forensic softwares for this purpose!
