In our team a member came very fast in a situation that his picture (frontside) is in the web and indexed by the Google spider very accurately with his private address, photos and family members.

How can a request towards Google to immediately remove a picture from their index be initated?
Its not a warrant case and we don't know how to validate the removal process?
What requires Google to remove content and how do they validate?

Please help us fast!

Thank you.

You can try this from Switzerland, too https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/legal-removal-request?complaint_type=rtbf
It will take a few days and they can be quite hesitant to remove things, depending on the source.

If you have got an US liaison partner, contact them.

Thank you C.R.S. - will connect to our U.S. partner

What if Google blocks? Time is so critical and we fear that for too long the picture will be online.

Is there a 'strategy' to convince Google that it is urgent (due to sensible function in LE)?

As a team we have to assist our member as good as possible to increase the speed of removal.

Any good idea to increase speed very welcomed! Thank you.

If US LE demands removal specifically due to OpSec, Google will act very quickly, just like Facebook and others do.

Better check that waybackmachine hasn't archived it in the meantime.

Good point! Besides the Internet Archive do not forget about the less-known Archive Team
