Android microSD-based App

Android >5.0 Apps can be stored on microSD. Which traces indicate that a may removed microSD App was in use? The ARM TrustZone keys of Signal/Telegram App indicated on this, the device has microscopic signs of use in the microSD tray.

The Huawei 'nanoSIM'-storage card (availability Asia) seems like version 2 of the above mentioned.

Who did investigate this before?
