CyberCheck 6.0

Anyone here heard of CyberCheck 6.0? Seems to be made by the government of India. It looks interesting (even has BitLocker support) and I'd like to know the price.

The Gov of India and there the Dept of Telecommunication (DoT) tries to set up a Telecom Testing and Security Certification Center (TTSCC) for 5 years, but not ready actually. India collaborates in Cyber with Israel - the leading cyber nation.
