Senior Analyst, Global Investigative & Forensic Services

Sony Pictures Entertainment's Investigative Services group are looking for a Senior Analyst, Global Investigative & Forensic Services to run their London based lab.

Suitable applicants should be dynamic leaders who thrive on working with creative, high-touch customers. You will have managed changing business priorities, budget, scope and schedule to successfully lead and deliver positive, consistent results.

Qualified candidates will also be capable of managing a dynamic forensic lab environment, responding to and assisting investigative efforts, and providing regional eDiscovery support for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

•Assists Global Investigative and Forensic Services initiatives and programs
•Provides technical support on an as needed basis to business customers relying on laboratory operations
•Maintains and manages digital forensic laboratory working environment, evidence handling, and assists in project management duties
•Manage day-to-day operations for business unit in region
•Maintain integrity of collected evidence, evidence tracking, and ensure lab adheres to global lab policies and guidelines
•Provide support for Investigations, E-Discovery and Digital Forensic services
•Assist in the development, updating, and maintenance of laboratory operating guidelines

•University Degree or equivalent work experience
•Experience working in and managing a digital forensic lab
•Industry certifications in the fields of digital forensics
•Prior experience conducting investigations in a corporate or government setting

•Must be a self-starter, driven, and professional demeanor
•Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within the organization
•Detailed understanding of Windows, Apple, UNIX, and Linux operating systems
•Experience with configuring and managing Cisco firewalls and switches
•Experience with managing Windows AD environment
•Knowledge of Information Security best practices with special attention to Data Privacy, both domestically and internationally
•Familiarity with Database management
•Demonstrated knowledge/experience of evidence handling
•Familiarity with scripting and automation
•Specialized training and experience in Digital Forensics
•Must be able to work independently and interface with internal and external IT Staff, InfoSec teams, and Investigative Services

•Capable of working in both a tactical and a strategic way
•Must possess the confidence and ability to interact at all levels of the organization
•Ability to collaborate and work with a fast paced, dynamic team
•Position requires on-call availability and willingness to travel as needed
