Junior Forensic Analyst - Fusion Forensics, Portsmouth

Since 2003 Fusion Forensics (formally FMS) have been one of the UK's leading suppliers to both Prosecution and Defence, of expert evidence services relating to the use of Digital Forensics and Cell Site Analysis.
Fusion has a requirement for a Junior Forensic Analyst (with or without experience) conducting both cell site analysis and cyber/digital forensic related tasks.
Role
• Full time
• Salary: subject to experience (20k+)
Desired Experience
• Experience in conducting data analysis and presentation of findings
• Processing survey data.
• Producing concise call mapping and data schedules
• Knowledge of Cell Site Analysis Techniques
• Reviewing reports and exhibits in order to comment on their accuracy
• Experience with Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
• Court experience advantageous but not essential
Skills and Abilities
• Good oral and written communication
• Work independently with limited supervision and under pressure
• Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
Other Role Requirements
Due to the nature of the role applicants will be required to be security vetted CRB and CTC; therefore applicants must be currently and permanently resident in the UK and have been for at least 3 years
Applicant suitability
This role would suit a recent graduate in a cyber or digital forensic related degree. This position would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience working for a cyber and digital forensics company.
Location
This role will be based at our head office, laboratory and training centre in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
