Forensics & eDiscovery Consultant - London

Our client a globally recognised brand in the eDiscovery/Forensics arena, is looking to bring on board a Forensics / eDiscovery Consultant

The individual will play a key part in executing eDiscovery projects from start to finish. Specifically:

Work with the client and internal team to identify the eDiscovery scope, complete the data mapping and define the best solution \ approach (process + technology + team)
Play a key role in delivering the solution by performing forensic evidence collections, processing data following very stringent procedures to a high level of accuracy and making it available on a document review platform
Show ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardisation exists
Ensure quality standards are adhered to across collection and processing projects
Work with other teams to balance resource needs and project priorities
Support the project budget and schedule
Provide regular reports to the client and team on project progress and results
On-site projects will require you to travel globally
Desired Skills & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related course
Proficiency in using at least one of the Industry standard Forensics analysis tools (Encase, FTK)
A wide variety of Forensic Collection experience across different devices and environments
Minimum two years of experience playing a key role on eDiscovery projects for an in-house legal department, a law firm, or an eDiscovery service provider executing the following activities:
Forensically-sound collections of ESI
Overseeing or executing data processing
Working experience with Microsoft SQL, Outlook and Lotus Notes
Experience acting as the primary point of contact for internal or external clients
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite
