Digital Forensic Investigator - £35,000 - Central Government

A Central Government Organisation are looking to appoint a Digital Forensic Investigator to carry out key Forensic tasks including forensic imaging, liaising with case teams and reporting details of progress and findings.


Responsibilities
• Process and analyse digital evidence in accordance with the organisations procedures and guidelines
• Develop processes to address the challenges created by the introduction of new technologies
• Maintain evidence management and investigator records
• Advise search operations to assist in the seizure of digital evidence
• Line manage Digital Forensic Analysts

Person Specification
• Computer and Digital Forensics degree or extensive experience as a Digital Forensic Analyst
• Certificatied EnCase, NICS, CCLO or CCPA
• Extensive experience of using key forensic tools
• Working knowledge of mobile forensics, data analytics and eDiscovery

What’s on offer?
This is a permanent opportunity paying a salary between £32,000 and £36,500 (dependent on experience).
