East Coast USA

MCM Solutions is a British Company that has developed a range of innovative, patented, Digital Forensic, Digital Data and Cyber Data based solutions for the Military, Intelligence Agencies, Police and Law Enforcement. All of our products are in use and are referenceable with leading Law enforcement organisations, financial institutions and other household name organisations, internationally and in the USA. We have significantly increased revenue and staff growth in recent years and are now establishing a US East Coast office, from which we are planning to expand to other states and cities across the USA.

We are looking for a highly qualified, professional individual with a sound sales and business development background in the digital forensic arena, and with a proven sales record. We are expecting to significantly grow our sales force in this region across the USA. The right candidate will have the career progression to oversee and manage this growth. There are substantial and uncapped financial rewards for candidates who deliver results.

Salary: Significant with usual benefits – health care etc.

Location: East Coast USA and easily accessible to customers, predominantly based in Washington and New York, with other travel, predominantly on the East Coast and across the USA.

Job Description:

The Business Development Executive will:

o Develop and grow the business and sales.
o Deliver sales in line with sales forecasts.
o Take responsibility for sales to specific customers, accounts and sectors.
o Effectively drive sales and actively pursue opportunities to promote our products and services.
o Update and maintain our customer/leads/CRM databases.
o Quickly respond to all in-coming sales enquiries appropriately.
o Be present at Sales meetings and will have input (including sales forecasts/reports) to aid with Sales focus and target set up/attainment.

You must have:
o Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
o Excellent communication and customer service skills.
o A driven, flexible, hardworking, team player attitude.
o The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
o Previous experience in digital forensics software sales.
o Full USA Driving Licence.
