Job Description

Job Title Business Development
Supervised by Sales Manager
Supervises Will not supervise others
This role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities by identifying and acquiring potential clients to increase sales and Company’s market share within assigned territories. This position will require you to be highly self-motivated, result driven and have excellent communication and analytical skills.

Job Duties
Identity prospects, develop leads, build network, and acquire new business within assigned territories
Utilize "consultative" and "needs-based" selling by identifying key decision makers and understanding their needs before presenting appropriate business and technology solutions
Prepare and deliver presentations and product training to potential or existing clients
Achieve monthly sales quota set by Sales Director
Maintain expertise of Company’s products and the Mobile Forensics industry
Maintain and manage account information and enter into Susteen's CRM system
Provide regular feedback to Company managers through weekly calls and reports
Synchronize with Account Managers and Sales Operations to achieve absolute customer satisfaction
Other activities as may be assigned from time to time to support marketing and sales initiatives

Job Qualifications
Knowledge in digital forensics a plus
Experience in Law Enforcement or Public Safety
Excellent people and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Internet
Ability to work efficiently and profitably with minimum supervision
Salesforce or similar CRM experience
Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to individuals and large audiences

Physical Requirements
Ability to travel (ground and air) as necessary
Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pound items

Education
Required High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experiences in Law Enforcement or Public Safety

Responsible Territory Open (Texas, DC, Atlanta preferred)
