eDisclosure Coordinator, London, £40k- £45k

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role are set out below and there may be others which are not listed. The eDisclosure Coordinator responsibilities may require some working outside our normal working hours of 12 pm to 8 pm.

• Deliver forward thinking technical and consultative edisclosure support to the Dispute Resolution, Competition and Corporate groups, liaising with fee earners and edisclosure vendors throughout matter life cycles
• Assist edisclosure project leads on edisclosure projects, assuming primary responsibility for correspondence and work requests between 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm
• Create and manage documentation, including project documents, data trackers and search logs

• Set up new cases on digital document review platforms (e.g. Axcelerate 5, DocuMatrix, Relativity, Ringtail, HighQ)
• Act as frontline technical and operational support for document review platforms
• Deliver user training, build database searches, produce progress reports, database administration
• Create document exports for print bundles
• Create and QC document productions
• Manage and track incoming and outgoing data
• Project manage edisclosure projects (progressive)

Candidate profile
Candidates for this position must have the following attributes:

• A team player with a logical, process-driven mindset
• Knowledgeable about the stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
• Experienced using digital document review platforms, and specialising in at least one of the following: Axcelerate 5, DocuMatrix, Relativity (RCA is preferable), Ringtail
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office applications
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Professional (e.g. create eBibles, searchable PDFs, Bates Stamps)
• Experience in data processing (Nuix), forensics (preferable), and SQL scripting (preferable)
• Knowledgeable about data security, encryption software, and secure data transfer methods
• At least three years’ experience at a law firm (litigation support role) or edisclosure vendor/consultancy (technical role)
• Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2) and legal qualification are a plus but not required
• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science - preferable)
