HELP!!!!!!!

Newbie Challenge for the day To all the experts>>

Motorola W375/377 phones. None of the software below works for extraction;

Oxygen V2.1.0.22
Paraben's Device Seizure
XRY V4.0
Motorola Phone Tools V5
MExplorer V0.9.6

Have setup the phone as a modem device and got the software to see the device’s com port. Software either gives an arbitrary error message about not being able to see the phone or nothing is extracted.

Any ideas besides taking manual screen shots of the data?

Advice most welcome.

If all your downloading and forensic tools have failed then try the manufacturer's own software

Motorola Phone Tools 5.0

The only way I have been able to extract these motorola's is by doing a manual extraction. Samsung Phone Tools does even work properly with these models.

I have examined 2 W375s and both times have used Fernicos ZRT with great success.

Isn't fernico ZRT a digital camera, camera clamp and arm and software that organizes the pictures you have taken with the camera? So F-C-B-F can you explain how you successfully acquired the motorila handset with the ZRT, and how that is different then using a normal digital camera?
