No, it's perfectly legal/acceptable to sell your version of EnCase provided that you complete the license transfer form provided by Guidance (there may be a small fee involved but I'm not sure).

I didn't know that thanks for correcting me. I was just wanting to point out that if this wasn't the case then people were being very naughty indeed.

It's probably the cheapest way to get a version of the software and a dongle by the looks of it. Wish we'd asked last year before buying into the PLSP for 3 years lol.
