This was something I had been wondering as well, and happened to stumble upon something similar. The book put out by the honeynet project has a chapter on legal issues, and its one of the sample chapters they put online. It is not directly related to forensics, but it talks about legal issues surrounding packet sniffing and things of that nature that would come with setting up a honeypot. Worth checking out till you find something more comprehensive.

hello ,

i found www.lawcatalog.com , they seem to have some interesting books related to law & investigation in their IT section

but the prices ...

i also heard of a book "Cyberlaw: National and International Perspectives", Roy J. Girasa, 2002, 0-13-065564-3"

do you know it ? feedback on it ?

The book CyberRegs by Zoellick is a good starting place too. It's broken down, but is a good high level reference that may point you in the right direction.
