We often take the time to complain about s/w when it doesn't work and when we receive poor CS, but in this case I just wanted to say "Thanks" to Ron @ Cellebrite.. I've emailed him several times over the past few days and he's responded short order and has been very very helpful.
In this day and age, it sure is nice to be able to email someone from a company and receive such quick and great customer service. I don't expect any less from any company we deal with, but many fall short.

Great post. I too have been helped by Ron in the past. I know of at least one other forum that Ron monitors in an attempt to keep the Cellebrite caught up with the latest phones and operating systems. Ron is definately a valuable asset to anyone in the mobile forensics community.
